How to track my Order?You can track your order either via the My order page once you log in to your account or you can check your email. We will email you a tracking ID and link when we ship your product. To find out where your product is, simply click the "Track your Order" button.

How do I know if my Order is confirmed?Once you place an order you will get an email about the summary of your order. After shipping we will send another email about the shipping details along with tracking Id. If the order is Cash on Delivery(COD), we will contact you to confirm your order.

How will I receive my order?We have agreements with reputable courier services. Your order will be delivered to your door in a completely sealed package.

How do I Place my order?You can place your order with following steps: Browse through our product catalogues until you get your favourite items -> Choose the suitable size and colour you need -> Click on 'Add to Cart' (You can add more than one product in cart). Go to 'My cart'. Login to your Existing account or Create a new user account. Once login to your account, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm your order.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
